Q: Are all sales final?

A: Yes, due to the nature of the products.

Q: Do you travel for a pop-up event?

A: Yes, I do! I do have a travel fee after 15 miles from Goffstown NH, it is .73 cents per mile.

Q: If I have a pop-up event, how do I pay?

A: You can have your guests pay per item, or if its a gift to your guests, you can pay xx amount for all your guests. (For example: if you have 15 people and want to gift them 1 keychain, it would be $225, plus travel fee if applicable)

Q: What forms of payment do you take at a pop-up event?

A: I accept cash, Credit Card (tap to pay), Venmo, Apple Pay

Q: Can I get my charms wet/ wear them in the shower?

A: I do not recommend getting your charms wet as they are not waterproof.
